HunarHub is not involved in any payments between clients and professionals. You pay the professional directly — cash, UPI, bank transfer, or however you both agree. HunarHub charges no commission or platform fee on your transactions.

How do I write a review for a professional?
Visit the professional's profile and submit your feedback in the "Client Reviews" section. You'll need to provide a star rating (1–5) and a written comment. Reviews are accepted from actual clients only to ensure genuine feedback for the community. (This feature will be fully active once the Supabase backend is integrated.)

What should I do if I have a problem with a professional?
Use the "Report this profile" link on the professional's profile page. You can also report via our Contact Us page. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes necessary action. Writing an honest review also helps the community make informed decisions.

How do I create a profile? How long does it take?
Visit the Register page and complete 5 simple steps — basic info, profession, services, contact details, and plan selection. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes. Your profile goes live immediately after registration.

How soon will I start getting clients after creating my profile?
Your profile appears in search results immediately after registration. The first inquiry typically arrives within 24–72 hours. A more complete profile (with photo, portfolio, services, and reviews) attracts clients faster. Upgrading to the Pro plan can significantly accelerate this.

Does HunarHub take a commission from my earnings?
Absolutely not! HunarHub is a directory platform — we never take a commission, cut, or referral fee from your earnings. You receive 100% of what clients pay you, directly. HunarHub only charges for the listing plan, and the Free plan costs nothing.

How do I edit my profile?
Log in and go to your Dashboard, then open the Edit Profile page. You can update your photo, services, pricing, about section, social links, and availability — all changes go live immediately after saving.

Can I list my service in multiple cities?
Currently, one profile supports one primary city. However, you can mention multiple areas in the Service Area field (e.g., "Delhi NCR" covers Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad). A multi-city listing feature is planned for a future update.

Can I temporarily hide my listing?
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Settings and use the "Pause Listing" option. Your profile will be temporarily hidden from search results. You can re-enable it anytime. Your data and reviews remain completely safe.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, there is no lock-in period. Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. After cancellation, you retain Pro/Elite access until the end of the current billing period, then automatically shift to the Free plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade (Free → Pro → Elite) or downgrade (Elite → Pro → Free) anytime from your Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Which payment methods are accepted?
HunarHub plan payments are processed via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. Accepted methods:
If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any premium features, you will receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refund is issued — but you retain access to all features until the end of the billing period. For any issues, contact us and we will assist promptly.

Do I get an invoice or GST receipt?
Yes! An invoice/receipt is automatically sent to your email after every payment. GST is included (18% on digital services). Invoices can also be downloaded from Dashboard → Billing at any time.

What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, try the following:
Try a different payment method
Check with your bank that your card or UPI is active
If the amount was debited but your plan was not activated — it auto-resolves within 24 hours
If the issue persists, contact us — we resolve most payment issues within 2–4 hours

How do I reset my forgotten password?
On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Did not receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.

How do I change my phone number or email?
Go to Dashboard → Edit Profile → Contact tab and update your phone or email. Changing your phone number requires re-verification via OTP. Changing your email requires confirming via a link sent to your new address. For any difficulties, contact our support team.

How do I permanently delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". This permanently removes your profile, services, photos, and all associated data — this action cannot be undone. Consider using "Pause Listing" first if you only want to temporarily hide your profile. For assistance, contact us.
